ILLEGAL MIGRATION BILL - Today we will be debating and voting on this important Bill, which has my FULL 100% SUPPORT.
Already the moaners are out and seemingly don’t care that we’ve had 40,000 people in the last year illegally entering this country. On top of this, it is also costing the taxpayer a fortune. People have had enough of seeing expensive hotels being filled up and the strain it is also putting on our housing and NHS.
Maybe those opposed to this Bill should offer to house them instead whilst their claims are processed?
It’s worth pointing out that this illegal trade is also costing lives and the people smuggling gangs are not just responsible for deaths in the Channel, but also making the process longer and more difficult for genuine refugees, of which we take our fair share already.
So this Bill isn’t just the sensible thing to do. It’s also the fair and humane thing to do.
I challenge anybody who doesn’t support it to explain to their constituents how they would stop the small boats.
The alternative is open borders, blanket approvals of cases and amnesties for those who cheat our system.
My constituents won’t tolerate that and neither will I.
