On 21st February I spoke about the merits of Voter ID, which we will be introducing for the upcoming elections. This has been in place for over 20 years in Northern Ireland and has not only helped to tackle fraud, but also helped increase confidence in the democratic process.
Labour oppose Voter ID, yet incredibly expect identification to be shown at their own local selection meetings.
