Fraser is the Chief of Staff and Senior Caseworker based in the constituency office. Fraser was born in Nottinghamshire and educated locally before studying politics in Lincoln.
After finishing University, Fraser worked for the Conservative party in various roles in Nottinghamshire, Surrey, Wiltshire, Suffolk and Berkshire.
