I recently visited Gleeson Homes’ Vickers Grange development in Bircotes and met with Andrew Davies FCIOB, Regional Managing Director and the Yorkshire South regional team.
Vickers Grange is one of three developments in Bassetlaw that will open within the next year, with the first homes expected to be released for sale later this winter.
It’s important to provide quality affordable homes in areas where they are needed, for the people who need them the most, helping to escape the rent trap.
After a tour of the development and meeting members of the construction team, it was great to lay a brick on the foundations of one of the new show homes, which are expected to open in the spring.
