Two return journeys a day between King’s Cross and Sheffield calling at Retford, Worksop and Woodhouse, are proposed and one that will be faster than the two-hour East Midland Trains service.
People in Worksop, Retford and the rest of Bassetlaw have been crying out for a better service to Sheffield and it’s something I have been calling for a long time, so I am sure they will be pleased to hear these exciting proposals.
