This bill puts fans first by:
Creating an Independent Football regulator, following the recommendation of the Fan-Led Review of Football Governance, putting fans first.
Blocking clubs from joining breakaway leagues, protecting the competitions and leagues that have made our football the best in the world.
Guaranteeing that fans will be consulted on key decisions impacting them, giving them a say in the future of their club.
Introducing a licensing scheme for the owners of football clubs, blocking rogue owners from harming clubs and their fans.
