Brendan Clarke-Smith MP has described the busyness of the period since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic as 'unprecedented' as he released casework stats on social media.
Brendan said:
'I want to say a huge thank you to my team for their hard work since the pandemic started. The demand has been unprecedented, so thanks for everybody’s patience and understanding.'
Since lockdown was announced, the MP's offices have receive over 1700 emails, 1425 phone calls and 794 new cases from local constituents and businesses.
Case-based issues have ranged from business grants to welfare enquiries and the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.
